After booking

Once you have made your booking and paid your deposit this is what will happen:

We will send you a Booking Confirmation showing your holiday details and the remaining balance due. Please check this carefully.
Around 8-10 weeks before departure you will receive our Action Ashore booklet and booking form, together with a general information pack detailing everything you need to know about your holiday.
Ocean Village must receive payment in full for your holiday no less than 56 days (8 weeks) before departure. If we do not receive payment by this time we reserve the right to end the contract between us and re-sell the accommodation held for you, which means you will also forfeit your deposit. Your final balance can be taken from the credit or debit card used to pay your deposit. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please send it to: Cruise Payments, Ocean Village, PO Box 1306, Southampton SO14 3ZG.
If you make a booking less than 56 days before departure we must receive full payment at the time of booking.
Immigration regulations mean that we need certain details from everyone travelling with us. To give us this information you can go online at oceanvillageholidays.co.uk (select ‘Already Booked?’ then ‘Check and Update Your Holiday Details’), or complete the Holiday Information Form supplied and either fax it to us on 023 8065 7001 or return it by post in the pre-paid envelope provided. Whichever way you choose, please make sure we receive your details as soon as possible – if we don’t receive this essential information it could delay the start of your holiday.
Around 2-3 weeks before you travel you will receive your travel documents and luggage labels – either via your travel agent or sent direct to your home address if you booked direct with Ocean Village. Please check them to make sure the details are correct.
If you book within 2 weeks of departure you will need to collect your flight tickets from the airport (no cruise tickets will be required). For further information please contact Reservations.
