Before you travel you will need to advise us of a few personal details for your safety and convenience. Please click the button above to log in and complete your details in the 'Essential Info' section.
You will need to make sure you have your booking reference number (which you can find on your booking confirmation), the passports of all passengers, their personal details (names, telephone numbers, addresses etc.) and also travel insurance policies handy. There's no need to worry if you don't have these today though - you or your fellow passengers can log back in to update this providing it is no later than 5 days before your cruise.
Once logged in, you can review all the key details of your holiday in the 'Holiday Summary' section.
This is an essential requirement of your holiday and needs to be completed no later than 5 days prior to departure. Please note, after this time the Cruise Personaliser will not be available.

1. The prize is a bottle of champagne. There is one prize available on all cruises on board Ocean Village and Ocean Village Two.
2. For all bookings on these cruises where pre-holiday information is provided or Action Ashore activities are reserved (by anyone listed on the booking) using the www.oceanvillageholidays.co.uk/alreadybooked web page, the first passenger on the booking will be entered into the prize draw.
3. Entry is limited to one per booking.
4. The closing date for the draw is 5 days before departure of the relevant cruise.
5. The winner will be drawn at random from the valid prize draw entries received by Ocean Village before the closing date.
6. The winner will receive a bottle of champagne, which will be delivered to their cabin on the day of embarkation on board Ocean Village or Ocean Village Two.
7. The decision of Ocean Village will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. No purchase necessary. For an equal chance of winning, send your name and address to the Data Administration team at the address below (marked ‘Champagne Prize Draw’).
