Book a cruise online
What do I need to book?
Before you book a cruise online, please make sure you have read the Price Information and the Booking Conditions. Please note that by making a reservation (either direct with Ocean Village or through your travel agent) and paying the deposit/holiday price, you will be deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions and all other information relevant to your holiday.
When you book a cruise online, please make sure you have the following information to hand:
1) Cruise Details
7 and 14 Night Cruises
You can choose either one of our 7 night cruise itineraries, or a combination of both, in whichever order you choose. To book your cruise online or over the phone we need the ship name, cruise number, UK departure date and the itinerary name(s).
14 Night Stay and Cruise Holidays
We no longer offer Stay and Cruise Holidays, however with our great range of holidays you can still explore the big city landmarks of the Med and sun-kissed beaches of the Caribbean.
Other holidays
For Transatlantic holidays we need the cruise number, UK departure date and the itinerary name.
2) Cabin/Room Details
We need to know what grade of cabin you would like and how the beds should be configured on board (i.e. twin or queen size). Please note that in some cabins and when the third/fourth pull-down beds are used, the twin beds cannot be converted (see the Deck Plans/Cabin information for details).
3) Passenger Details
We need the full name, gender and title (Mr, Mrs, Miss etc) and gender of each passenger as it appears in their passport. We will also ask for each passenger’s date of birth. We also need the date of birth of any children (aged over 2 and under 14) or infants travelling.
4) Address Details
We need the full postal address of all passengers travelling (including postcode) and at least one contact telephone number.
5) Flight Details
We need to know which regional UK airport you’d like to fly from/to (excluding Cruise Only holidays).
6) Insurance Details
All passengers travelling with Ocean Village must have valid travel insurance in place for their holiday. You can either take out travel insurance arranged for Ocean Village passengers with Preferential Insurance Services Limited (see page 87 of the main holiday brochure for details) or make your own arrangements. Whichever insurance you take out you need to provide us wuth the following details: the name of your insurance company, your policy number, the name of the Emergency Assistance Company nominated in the policy and the emergency telephone number.
7) Special Requests
Requests for special dietary, mobility or medical requirements must be made at the time of booking. Before you book, please read the Price Information and the Booking Conditions in the main holiday brochure.

If you would like to book a Celebration Package please contact Reservations at least a week before the ship sails. Orders can be paid for using a credit or debit card, but please note that we only accept Delta debit cards (not Switch or Maestro
When you have made your booking you will be given a booking reference number. You will then need to pay a deposit of 10% of the holiday price per person (or the full balance for bookings made within 56 days of departure), plus the full insurance premium (where applicable) at the time of booking. For passengers booking direct with Ocean Village, deposits are only payable by credit or debit card. These deposits are not returnable in the case of cancellation but may be recoverable under your insurance cover.
