If your family or friends need to contact you while you are on board they can call 0808 234 7247 (UK only). This is an automated service, where they will be asked to provide their credit card number and expiry date, and then press the button for the relevant ship when prompted. Calls will be charged at £3 per minute no matter where the ship is, and charges will only commence when the call is connected to the ship.

To send a fax to the ship dial 023 8065 7579, ensuring that the passenger's name and cabin number is included in the fax.
