James Martin's Food Guide
Top tips and simple recipes for recreating your favourite holiday dishes with ease
Have you ever sampled the local cuisine on holiday and wished you could recreate those new-found favourite dishes when you return home? According to latest research by Ocean Village, over half of us are inspired to become more adventurous in the kitchen when we return from our travels and spend more than 8 hours a week cooking up something a bit special!
On average, we spend 37 minutes preparing dinner when cooking for ourselves, 69 minutes preparing dinner for a partner or family and a whopping 147 minutes preparing adventurous dishes to impress our friends at dinner parties.
