Important Info about booking cabins
Guaranteed Cabins
When you make your booking you may be offered the guarantee of a cabin grade rather than a specific cabin number. This means that you have a firm booking and when we allocate cabins you will receive the grade booked (or in some instances, a higher grade) though your cabin may be situated on a different deck to that shown on the deck plan for the grade guaranteed. The price you have been quoted, however, will remain unchanged.
Cabin Changes
Sometimes it is necessary for us to change the cabins which were allocated at the time of booking. In this case you will be moved to a higher priced cabin at no extra charge. However, if you have chosen a specific cabin and do not wish to be considered for such an upgrade, please let us know at the time of booking.
Please be aware that if you agree to be automatically upgraded and then decide against the upgrade at a later date we will be unable to revert you back to the original cabin grade. Please note that cabin upgrades will only be given at the choice and discretion of Ocean Village and are allocated by cabin grade not deck level.
Choosing your cabin
If you choose to book your holiday online, you will have the opportunity to choose your own cabin number or just take your pick from our best available cabins. Perhaps you've been on Ocean Village before and have a favourite cabin - if so, you can input your preferred cabin number and see if it is available. You can also check with our reservations team to see if a particular cabin number is available to book. Either way we'll do our best to accommodate you and ensure you have an enjoyable stay on board.
