System requirements
The Ocean Village online booking system opens a new browser and requires a modern web browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or better) with JavaScript enabled. If you do not have access to a browser that meets these requirements, please call our Reservations Centre on 0845 075 0032 (calls are charged at local rates and may be recorded for training and quality purposes) to make a booking.
Please note: If you operate a Norton, Zone Labs, McAfee, BT or other specific personal firewall on your computer, you may experience interference preventing you from accessing certain pages of the booking system.
Please note the following:
- With its upbeat, active and informal approach to holidays, we expect most people booking an Ocean Village cruise to be under retirement age. If you were born prior to 1927, please call Reservations on 0845 075 0032 (calls are charged at local rates and may be recorded for training and quality purposes) to discuss your booking.
- Deposits of 10% are required at time of booking via Mastercard, VISA, American Express or Diners Club credit cards. Please note that if your cruise departs within 56 days of booking, the full balance of your holiday will be payable at time of booking.
- Only passengers residing in the UK are able to book via the online booking system.
- Infants between the ages of 6 months and 2 years will not qualify for the 5% online discount.
In order for us to offer you our best service, you must telephone our Reservations Centre on 0845 075 0032 (calls are charged at local rates and may be recorded for training and quality purposes) to make a booking in the following circumstances:
- If your party exceeds 4 passengers on a single booking.
- If you or a member of your party are travelling with an infant(s) between the ages of 6 months and 2 years. Please note that we are unable to accept bookings for any children, who, at your chosen departure date, are aged less than 6 months.
- If you, or a member of your party uses or requires the use of a wheelchair and/or you wish to book one or more cabins for non-ambulant passengers.
- If you, or a member of your party has a dietary requirement, a medical condition which may necesitate special treatment or a disability meaning you or the member of your party may have special requirements.

Basic Details Help
For immigration reasons, we need to know the full name and date of birth of everyone who's travelling.
If you have a personal past passenger reference number, please type it in on this page (You'll find this printed beside your address on any letter sent by Ocean Village. Please note that letter "I"'s can look like "1" and letter"O"'s can look like "0"). This will help us make sure that we match your details to our database and can recognise your previous history with us.
Address Help
It's really important for immigration reasons that we have the full address details of everyone travelling.
You should be able to find your address by typing in the postcode here and choosing from a list of options. If this does not come up with your home address, please click on the button to enter the details manually.
For legal reasons we're only able to accept online bookings from residents of the U.K. If you live outside the U.K. please book via a travel agent in your home country.
Cabin Selection Help
You can either choose from the options shown (we try to pick the best available positions on the ship) or if you know from the deck plan which cabin you want to book, type it in here in the "Own number" box. If it's available we'll hold it for you - if not, we'll ask you to choose another.
A "Guarantee" means that you're booking a cabin at a certain grade, but do not yet know the cabin number. The cabin number will be allocated closer to departure. You'll have a firm reservation and will definitely receive the grade booked (or in some instances, a higher grade).
Most cabins on the ship can be made up either with twin beds or as a queen size double bed, although there are one or two exceptions:
Ocean Village One: "II" grade cabins are only available with twin beds. "GG" grade cabins and "NN" grade cabins on Leisure deck are only available with double beds. "NN" grade cabins on D deck are only available with twin beds.
Ocean Village Two: "II" grade cabins on deck 4 cannot be made into a queen size bed and have a porthole not a picture window. "NN" grade cabins on decks 5 and 6 are only available with double beds.
Credit Card Help
Payment cannot be made on Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron or Solo debit cards.
We won't debit your card until you've had a chance to review your booking in full and confirm that you're happy.
When you're happy with everything, your credit card details will be forwarded to our payment systems in the USA. Your card number and expiry date will not be stored on any system in the UK and will be deleted in the USA once payment has been completed.
The number you need to enter here is the long 16 digit number in the middle of your card.
